Result of the Tender Offer for shares of Orzeł Biały S.A.

According to the information provided on 16.12.2019 by the Tender Offer intermediary BM PKO BP, the Calling Party, i.e. ZAP Sznajder Batterien S.A., purchased by way of  the Tender Offer 206,184 shares of the shares of Orzeł Biały (hereinafter: The Company).
Pursuant to the Tender Offer announced to sell 4,513.377 shares of The Company (constituting 27.11% of the total number of votes at the General Meeting of The Company), the Calling Party intended to achieve, taking into account the shares  of the Company held directly and indirectly, up to 100% of the votes at the General Meeting of The Company. As part of the Tender Offer, ZAP Sznajder Batterien S.A. offered a price of PLN 10.44 per share.

Acceptance of subscriptions under the Tender Offer lasted from November 12 to December 11, 2019. The Calling Party announced that it intends to remain a long-term investor in Orzeł Biały and to focus its activities on optimising its operating and financial operations.
